Hi, I’m Stephanie a Texas-born, North Dallas-raised event enthusiast with a big personality and an even bigger passion for bringing unforgettable moments to life! With over 10 years of experience in the event world, I’ve done it all from managing corporate brand activations to executing events big or small whether intimate or over-the-top extravagant.

I got my start in event planning and social media with Southwest Airlines, followed by planning luxe in-store events for Kendra Scott, and then went on to lead lifestyle programming for high-end country clubs and master-planned communities across Texas. I've led event teams of 10+, directed events for multiple properties, and proudly been a 4-time CAI Lifestyle Event Planning Nominee for my creativity and community impact.

As a wife of 8 years and boy mama, I know how to juggle the magic and the madness and I bring that same heart, hustle, and joy to every celebration I plan. Whether it's your wedding day, a community festival, or a private celebration, I'm here to make it feel effortless, beautiful, and so uniquely YOU.

Hi, I’m Kaidie proud wife, blessed mama to the sweetest little boy, and dog mom x2! Born and raised in Texas and now based in the heart of DFW, I’ve turned my love for celebrations into a career filled with purpose and passion.

With a Master’s in Business and years of professional experience, I’ve planned everything from intimate bridal showers and birthday magic to large-scale corporate events. I’ve had the privilege of coordinating executive-level experiences from scheduling and building out detailed event itineraries to managing entertainment and logistics for CEOs and corporate teams. I’ve overseen multi-day trips, ensuring every detail from planning to execution runs seamlessly.

Beyond the boardroom, I’ve helped grow communities through purposeful, engaging events boosting attendance, enhancing engagement, and bringing people together in meaningful ways. Whether it’s a dreamy wedding, a poolside soirée, or a holiday bash, I bring heart, hustle, and a sprinkle of sparkle to every celebration.
